WATERS RUN BEAD & BREAKFAST
We partnered with Maine Cabin Masters' Chase and Sarah Morrill to build a brand and digital presence for Waters Run Bed & Breakfast, capturing the rustic Maine charm of their restored 1800s farmhouse. The project combined custom illustration and logo design with a brochure-style website featuring integrated booking, giving guests a seamless path from browsing to reservation.
Print & Brand Identity
We developed a custom logo for Waters Run, working from an AI-generated concept as a creative starting point. Now it’s a polished, on-brand mark that reflected the property's "rustic luxury" positioning. To bring the farmhouse itself into the brand, we worked with designer Morgan Birtwell to create custom illustrations of the building and each individual suite, giving guests a warm, artistic preview of the amenities. These illustrations, paired with imagery of stone patios, fire pits, and the property's historic event barn, created a visual identity rooted in Maine's outdoor, cabin-esque culture.
WebSITE & Booking Integration
The website was designed in a brochure style: clean, photography-forward, and built to showcase the suites, grounds, and story of the property. We integrated booking software directly into the site, allowing guests to check availability and reserve a suite with a single click from the website. Beyond the room bookings, the site highlights the property's connection to Maine culture, from its ties to Maine Cabin Masters and the Morrill family, to a dedicated local resources page pointing guests toward nearby lakes, trails, and artisan shops. The result is a site that functions as a booking engine and a genuine introduction to the Maine way of life guests can expect during their stay.
